In this picturesque location in the western part of Skye you can enjoy peace, tranquillity and most importantly, relaxation.
Our bed and breakfast accommodation is situated on the road to the world famous Talisker Whisky Distillery, in the small village of Carbost.
Marsco B&B is surrounded by some of the Isle of Skye's most magnificent scenery - the towering peaks of the magnificent Cuillin Mountains are clearly visible, and there are views over the loch towards the McLeod's Tables in the north west.
We have views over Loch Harport, with its abundance of wildlife - otters, seals, buzzards, oystercatchers, goldfinches and herons are regularly seen from our bedroom and lounge windows.
You may even be lucky enough to see the magnificent White-tailed Sea Eagle!
Walk through our garden gate and wander down to the shore of the loch - here, the brave at heart can swim, the less brave fish, and the faint hearted sit and while away some time, absorbing the natural beauty of the surroundings.
Only a 10 minute drive from Glenbrittle or Sligachan, Marsco is the ideal base from which to explore the beautiful coastal paths and hill walks that the Isle of Skye has to offer, and hill walking or rock climbing in the Cuillins is an experience not to be missed!
